I had a much better experience at this location instead of the one close to my house. I was greeted when I walked in, holiday tunes playing, people enjoying the atmosphere & my hot tea was on point. If you feel a head cold coming on or have one, the medicine ball is the best thing to get you through the day. My drink was perfect. My lemon pound cake was FRESH too!
Just came to this location and had the BEST customer service from Timaya. She went above and beyond for me, someone who was "just following directions" and had no clue what I was doing. I appreciate her level of patience and understanding. Give this young lady a raise or bump to Manager.
Have only been to a Starbucks once about 12 years ago. It was overpriced then and is probably more so now. There are a lot of places that offer a great cup of reasonably priced black coffee without all frills and bells and whistles.
