I usually go to this Starbucks because the location is convenient and most of the team is amazing. But this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with Kathleen (not sure if I spelled that right). She didn’t even say hi — she just gave us a very unpleasant look, and her attitude is always poor and negative. Because of this, my family and I decided not to place an order.

It’s unfortunate that one person can ruin the experience, since the rest of the staff is always great.

Not my favorite starbucks. Very busy parking lot, hard to get in and out of and to find a parking spot. Most Staff is weird . Long waits at the drive thru. Go to willow lawn or glenside drive and forest avenue instead.

I pulled into the Starbucks drive-thru with no cars ahead of me and waited several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. After sitting there with no response, I drove around and noticed a single vehicle parked at the drive-thru window. It seems like just one or two customers overwhelmed the staff to the point that no one could take drive-thru orders. Very disappointing experience — if the drive-thru is closed or backed up, there should at least be a sign or some communication. I ended up leaving without ordering.

We showed up at 8:50 hoping to get some drinks - their close time showed at 9:30. I pulled up to the drive thru , saw a woman step into the camera frame, and then proceed to hit a button that set off an automated message stating they were closed. The second barista stared me down from the window as I drove off onto the main road.

From other reviews it seems they don’t adhere to their posted hours so beware of this
