I just went through the drive through and asked for my drink to be made warm when it was handed to me it was made at the standard 160 degrees. I asked for them to remake it and was handed a drink that was cold up top and hot at the bottom. Clearly the barista poured cold oatmilk in it which isn’t to standard. As a partner I know how long a cortado would take to remake and it’s not under 30 seconds . I went in for a refund and was once again told that the drink was remade which was frustrating . The refund wasn’t rung out correctly as I asked for an extra shot and was just refunded for the cortado. I don’t frequent this Starbucks and won’t be back.

03 15/2025 I ordered a drink with little ice when I was able to retire, oh, only half of it surprise, and I asked her why? And the girl tells me that 90% of the drinks are ice, and as I ordered with little ice, she gave me that measure.

Customer Service is definitely lacking in this store! No greeting, no smiles, and felt like we were an inconvenience. We spent a lot of money too. Bought all our movers coffee and breakfast.
Once again Starbucks never fails to deliver on their excellent customer service and consistent quality of their coffee options!
I came here last week and ordered a latte, and half the cup was filled with foam and not the drink I ordered. I came back to address it, and the barista was incredibly rude and impatient, rushing me to make my order at this current visit. It really took me aback. While I appreciate they made right and compensated me for my drink as the last one was inadequately made my prior visit, their customer service needs a lot of work. I unfortunately won’t be back.
I was rushed to get out of the store unfortunately by the manager. I got there way before closing time. I understand they are ready to finish their shift but being rushed to go to the bathroom and I wasn’t even in there for more than 5 minutes was stunning to hear. I’ll make sure to stop somewhere else to relive myself.

I don't eat the food. I brought my own cup but they only took $.10 off. I still paid for the cup. What's the point in using my own cup if I'm being charged still? Keto menus should be available. Seems no one is listening. Coffee becoming tooooo expensive, such a huge price hike. I'll probly go back to 711 coffee when I need a fix or Wawa. Starbucks was a treat.

Always a hit or miss with who serves you at the drive thru. Sometimes they are so friendly and sweet and others are pretty rude. I’ve gotten drinks before that I’ve had to ask other locations to remake because they just don’t taste right.

Pleasant experience. First visit to this location. Friendly staff. Efficient service. My tea and scone were perfect! Clean inside. Mapquest was a little confusing with the entrance, but I found the shop.
