Starbucks offers a good experience with top-tier customer service. The location is beautiful with plenty of seating inside and out. The baristas are busy but efficient, handling mobile orders and drive-thru with no issues. The store near Virginia Union University is a decent spot to grab items from the menu. The warm brownies are highly recommended, and the strawberry refresher with mango is a must-try. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, but overall, it's a place worth returning to for a pleasant visit.
