Starbucks offers a good experience with top-tier customer service. The location is beautiful, providing plenty of seating inside and outside. The baristas are busy but efficient, handling mobile orders and drive-thru with no issues. The store near Virginia Union University is a decent spot to grab items from the menu. The hazelnut shaken espresso is excellent and drinks are often ready when customers arrive. The warm brownies are highly recommended, and the strawberry refresher with mango is a must-try. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, but overall, it's a place worth returning to for a pleasant visit. The parking lot is easy to navigate, with ample space for larger vehicles, and the outdoor area offers a nice view for people watching. Although there are no automatic doors, the location is accessible for those in wheelchairs. Customers have enjoyed seeing friendly staff during their visits.
