For some reason my mobile order was not received on the Cafe motor so I had to see people come and go but the host noticed and told the manager who came and asked me which I appreciated that she cared enough to notice that I was stranded.Thanks for that.

I visit this location several times per week, one employee totally stands out, her name is Sheka (sp?) she often works the drive-thru, is extremely friendly, welcoming, fast, and efficient! People like that keep me coming back, kudos to her!

Great atmosphere, great drinks, great service! Whether I order in store, in the drive thru, or in the mobile app my drinks are made to perfection and with a smile. Special shout out to Harmony who greeted me with the biggest smile when I came in to get my mobile order, and complimented my newly dyed hair. Really made my day!

Placed an order on my phone, pickup time was 1:17 pm, waited about 10 minutes then finally I went up to the front register and asked about the status of my order. An older, shorter lady with lighter blonde/grey hair and black rectangular glasses rudely stated that when it was ready it would be down at the end of the coffee bar. I had mentioned that I had been waiting for 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time which was 7-9 minutes, she barked that "it would be at the end of the coffee bar when it's done." I sit back down and waited another 15 minutes before another worker came up and asked what I was waiting for. I explained I was just picking up an mobile order and told her the name. She grabbed the drink by the drive thru window, it was there the whole time. I noticed it when I first walked into the establishment.

I came to this location to pick up a quick drink that I ordered ahead off the app. I had to wait 35 minutes (past the time it said it was supposed to be ready) literally to pick up a grande apple crips oatmilk machiatto. I asked one of the workers if they had my order and she was rude asf!!

Located on a major street in Richmond just across the DMV, the place serves its customers well with a drive through and large parking lot. We ordered coffee, latte and breakfast, everything was good and served promptly. However, if you approach the place from behind rather than broad st, it could get tricky. Thumbs up.
