I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with non dairy vanilla sweet cream. Sweat cream was watery and it didnt look like a frappe at all.. I would give this a one star but the drink was still decent just wish it was made correctly especially since i paid extra for a wrong order

Jaray was such a delight when I visited the drive through after picking my dog up from the groomer. He gave us a little pup cup and even provided recommendations of another really good groomer to utilize. He was so pleasant and his energy was just pure kind. A great person to encounter during my day, thanks again Jaray!
They dont listen to what you are ordering and dont even ask your name on it . I waited over than 15 min and then realized my order wasn’t even placed correctly. Avoid this place .

I’m not playing when I say that I’ve been in this drive through for 50 minutes now. And I MOBILE ORDERED 20 MINUTES AHEAD! Never ever coming back to this location. Save your time and money

Very slow service waited 30 minutes for my drink they made it forgot to put it in the pick-up spot so it was wattery i would not recommend coming here i would actively avoid to be honest

Can we talk about the customer service here? 10/10 the lady at the window was super friendly, I wish I remembered her name. I came to try the Caramel Brûlée Latte from the holiday menu because all my friends were raving about it. It was delicious. Also got the potato cheddar and chive bake(s) which were also good. I don’t frequent Starbucks a lot..(i know shocking) however, the customer service here would definitely make me return.
