10:32am 03/06/24Just waited in line for 25 minutes to receive "half" of a drink. I ordered a VENTI white mocha hazelnut espresso with "Light ice". Regular ice usilually takes up the cup and I'm left with 3-4 sips of a drink. But today, because I asked for "Light ice"; I received half a drink from a laughing barista who thought it was funny. So I asked where the rest of my drink was, and all I got was shoulder shrug from the "manager" or person who was making it. He stated that it was the "Way" I ordered "light ice" and that was all that could be placed into the cup. That sounds quite ridiculous to me because EVERY STARBUCKS I HAVE BEEN TO, FILLS THE VENTI CUP UP WITH THE DRINK. And if I'm not correct, "light ice" cost alittle more, so I don't understand the servicing methods at this particular location and why people are waiting so long in line, but as an continual customer...I might not be back to this location in the mornings. I can understand that maybe you are swamped with orders or backed up, but don't take it out on your customers. Attached is a picture, after I asked him to fill the cup up with something to make it more than half. After a conversation about measurement and what I ordered, a new drink was made and I recieved a full cup.

I placed a mobile order a good 20 minutes in advance and was surprised it wasn’t ready when I got to the drive thru window. Sadly, not only was it not ready, it was not accurate..My order was supposed to be a Venti Mocha Frappuccino with 4 shots of espresso. Sadly, I received a thick “block” of ice and some coffee instead, little or no mocha.. It was obvious something wasn’t right based on the color, but after the wait, I didn’t have time for a fix.This is not a blast on employees btw. If baristas were treated better by people AND by corporate, there would be less staffing issues and therefore lower chances of overworked/busy mistakes.

I just have no interest in this place so I'ma say it was just like the others. The drinks can add up to a significant amount of sugar and caffeine, which can have negative health effects if consumed in excess only because many typical Starbucks drinks have several days' worth of added sugars. Some people drink these everyday and encourage their children to start the same bad habits. I took other people here and it was actually my second time inside a Starbucks. I came for a friend and whelp life is about choices so pick your poison.

I hope they improve their inventory. They are always out of caramel sauce, cheese danishes, lemon iced cake, and more. Like always. Great service, they just need to inventory better.
The need to read the prompt, if you ask for NO WHIP CREAM, That's what you should get..They will give you a bigger cup and put the remaining drink on it...Go to the one inside plubix..You all cost to much to be making
