The food is all pre-packaged but it tastes pretty good. This location is very busy and the service suffers as a result. The service isn't bad but you have to be patient as they juggle drive-thru customers and in-store customers. They often appear like they need a little more help behind the counter. I go to this location because it is convenient the service isn't very fast but they are accurate and make your beverages correctly. The employees are friendly and personable...
I wanted a refresher and to make my Bible study on time. I couldn’t go all the way back home. When i got here the inside was shut due to short staff. I said okay and just tried to settle my things outside on their patio. An employee was outside as well but didn’t have his hat on so i didn’t know it was an employee. As he’s coming back into work, he unlocks the door for me and tells me why it’s locked and tells me I’m welcome to come in and chill and do my work. Amazing!!...
I'm visiting in town and have come here come here 5 mornings. There are a number of new folks. All interactions were very pleasant. I did have some wait due to forgetting parts of my order, twice.
But, most obvious is how they interact depending on the lead. One is very loud and shares info the whole store can hear. It seems more chaotic and tense when she is the lead. Maybe because of the number of new employees. But my first reaction was a lead like that is why...
