I was riding my bike today and i forgot my water, i decided to stop by the drive thru and ask the people there for a cup of water. They were super nice and friendly. Is good to see that people is still helping other.

⭐️ My favorite Starbucks! Baristas are top notch, my drinks are always made to perfection, they treat you like a friend when you’re at the drive thru window having a casual conversation. This store gives vibes of happiness, friendship and trust in your barista.

I come to this Starbucks every morning super early when they first open before work. The employees there go above and beyond every single morning , remember me by name every time and are just excellent and amazing people. They don’t get enough recognition at this location for the early risers who come in and work early at this location. Yall are the absolute best and thank you for making my mornings , every morning! ☺️

I will never support Starbuks again. I usually spend 10 to 15 dollars when I go there. But in this instance they will never receive my support ever again. Day before I came in and had a coffee and a croissant. The next they I went In on my lunch because I needed to submit few things for school and it was convenient because it was close to my job. I ask for a water, they said you have to make a purchase it’s the policy, I said it’s okay no worries and I set down. I was there maybe 10 minutes when a manager came up to me and ask if I was going to purchase anything, I said not at this time. she said “I HAD TO LEAVE SINCE I AM NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING IT WAS STARBUKS POLOCY!
Clearly this location and Starbuks don’t care about there costumers.

My coffee was TERRIBLE! and I was overcharged! Luckily I was able to go to another Starbucks to get it remade & they told me it was actually made wrong and not very well blended. The lady at the window gave me whipped cream in my coffee and I’m allergic to it, when I told her it was not suppose to be in it she wiped it out n gave me the same drink. I wish I could give them NEGATIVE 100 stars that’s what they deserve! Will never go back to this location

I don’t typically leave reviews, but after today’s experience, something needs to be said. I’ve been a regular customer of this location. My team even holds meetings here sometimes since the location is quite nice and the folks are typically friendly. But recently, I’ve noticed a decline in how my drink has been made. Even when I try to explain my order clearly, they seem to ignore my instructions and rush through, resulting in a drink that’s not what I asked for.

I bypassed the order screen to show the barista exactly what I wanted. l literally showed a picture of how I wanted the drink made to the guy. Instead of being helpful, he huffed and puffed, acting like I was a burden for asking them to get my $6+ coffee right… (wild!)

I got side eyes as if I was being unreasonable. One Type A staff chick even commented that I should have been made to go back around and reorder at the window. HA!!, I would’ve laughed out loud so hard if she actually told me that

My team and I have decided we won’t be holding any more meetings here and my wife and I are definitely not coming back. Customer service is literally their job… (!!!) and we’ve got tons of grace for mistakes and such. But this isn’t the first experience at this location.

They really acted like their whole system was entirely disrupted by me simply bypassing the order screen AND met me with pathetic passive-aggression.

There’s a reason for the phrase, “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT,” especially when the customer/request is entirely reasonable.

My sister and I decided to stop by at this Starbucks, located in River Road before the Huguenot bridge. They actually originally was on the other side of the shopping center and they moved to the other side which I believe was a bank before. They have plenty of parking space on this location but the drive thru here is busy. We went on a Sunday 12pm and they were busy! We decided to do mobile order and it took a long time for them to get it done, thankfully we only ordered grande hot white chocolate mocha or else we might be waiting for a longer time. This place is small, they have few seating area and a larger seating area on the middle, I felt cramped when we were there and if you are looking for a nice relaxing spot this is not the place to go. Like what i mentioned earlier, staff was pretty busy that's why I couldn't say whether they are friendly or not but I have been to other Starbucks that I had better experience. I think this location can be very very busy especially on their rush hour, so make sure you pack lots of patience when you visit.
