I love pumpkin spice season! I was so excited to try the new pumpkin cream cold foam chai tea latte. I accidentally ordered it with normal milk instead of soy and they remade it for free!! So so sweet and kind! I recommend this location, 10/10!!

The staff here are super legit friendly kind people. It's the other patrons you got to watch out for. That's why the patio seating is dope or the parking lot that's so big you dont have to park next to anyone. Still be on the look out for the person double parking in the middle of the road just to run in for the their pickup order; it's no big deal they tell me despite a hospital people could be speeding to two blocks awayParking: Spots on spots, awesome sticker covered door, real easy grade appears flat but nope, 2 ways in and out

I rate this the best Starbucks in the city. Located the the beautiful Fan District, it retains the original friendly Starbucks atmosphere that seems to have disappeared from many Starbucks with the corporate introduction of drive-through service.No long lines of cars here, no drive-through window here. Instead there is a lot of comfortable seating, as well as an adequate amount of table space where both college students a business people can study or work without feeling rushed to finish eating and get out. I drive all the way across town to this Starbucks to avoid those others with uncomfortable seating, baristas rushing around to fill long li es of drive-up orders, and cold atmosperes.Parking: Plenty of free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Reserved parking spaces, easy level access ftom.parking lot, wide doors and sturdy grips for transfer in two single-access unisex restrooms.

Great locale. Friendly baristas, cool interior, and a nice outside patio with lots of light from the south in the winter/spring. Close to the VMFA.

This Starbucks has immaculate customer service and order accuracy. There actually was never a mistake on my ice latte, and I could rely on the accuracy and my drink being the same and my fav every time until today. Still, I had an amazing experience. The barista forgot to add my two extra shots but remade it super fast and perfectly. Both of the baristas today were amazing and superrrr kind and friendly, and I’m so thankful for such amazing service this early on a Sunday :) That’s why I drive miles to this location instead of going to a closer one.

They mixed up my order of sandwich with a croissant and the latte was way too bitter with much less vanilla than I usually get in other Starbucks. But oh well. I was fed and caffeinated. And late for my appointment. So… meh. Guess it could have been worse…
