The baristas working at this location were so welcoming. I didn’t catch their names but the guy working the counter with “patience” tattooed on his arm was super nice, and another guy with glasses and a beanie was really helpful with an issue with my order (it was my own mistake). They made the start of my day awesome after a really rough week.

I don't understand why someone's order that's physically present, doesn't take priority over a app order- I had to wait for their order to be completed- and they still haven't arrived when I was leaving. (Took my order- Pikes with cream- 10/15 second pour- but yet had to wait until 4 drinks of what I can't even say, were completed, a good 5/7 minutes)

this was my first time coming and I loved this place. I had a drink that I had ordered improperly, because i’m a chud, but the staff was so helpful and attentive!! they fixed it immediately! i’ve never worked at a starbucks, but if I did I would want to work at this one!! everyone was so nice and personable but especially Eli. he’s so kind omg i’m definitely coming back!!
