When we arrived the first floor was loud and had a brunch event going on. The bartender was great about coming over to us and greeting us at the door. He explained our seating options. Helped us choose our drink orders. He was incredibly helpful. We sat upstairs on the outside seating deck since it was quieter. The shade helped. There was a bar upstairs as well. There is food available. The parking was street parking. Would go back again.
Visited multiple times, one of my favorite places for the rooftop and their groove tangerine beer. It holds up. Good layout, consistent atmosphere, no major complaints across any visit.

My friends and I went to Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop this past Thursday during happy hour. We were the only people there at first and the service downstairs was great.
When the rooftop opened, we went upstairs, but many of the tables and seats were very dusty. My friend went to ask the bartender if there was a rag so we could wipe the table down. The bartender was counting money and when she finally noticed my friend, she asked if we had spilled something....
