A wonderful place! The building/furniture showroom is gorgeous and the food was superb. The waitperson was a bit snooty, though. We found ourselves apologizing to him a couple of times for enjoying our cocktails and not ordering fast enough (Note: it was not a busy time and the place was quiet. He had one other table.)

Stock is a unique and lovely experience. The food is amazing and is different from the New American fine dining lane a lot of Richmond restaurants are in (no shade, just nice to have something novel). The service was attentive but relaxed, plus it was very lovely being in the beautiful TXTUR showroom. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Stock and my daughter and I were celebrating her birthday. We had a wonderful and memorable experience. Noel made us feel welcomed, explained the menu, and provided thoughtful recommendations. It was obvious she cared. Kevin's culinary creations were beautiful and very flavorful. We shared the raw oysters and then my daughter had the gravlax open faced sandwich and I had the brazed cabbage (great recommendation, Noel). We ended the meal with pancakes and cookies and cream mouse. All was delicious. My daughter felt very special on her birthday because of the wonderful food, caring attention and real warmth we felt from the staff. I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Stock. We will be back!

Unique flavors that just made my partner and I smile. Fresh ingredients. The gravax was made in-house! Got a tour of the restaurant and furniture store by general manager. We gave her some suggestions about advertising more. How could this great spot be so unknown when they've been open for a year? Well kept secrets---1) the fine private parking lot on Decatur and 6th St. and 2) if you buy anything in the store after taking a meal there, the price of your meal goes towards the price of the item! and 3) The whole display room is open as an extension of the small cafe to serve diners at happy hour, dinner and brunch, to give people the experience of "livng" in the all-made-in Virginia furniture. What a creative marketing idea! They also have a beautiful small event room that can seat about 40 people or accommodate more in a cocktail standup configuration.

We had a wonderful dinner in such a quiet ambiance that we could talk and be heard without shouting. The food was delicious and our server was attentive, warm, and very helpful. We definitely will be returning to enjoy this restaurant again.

This is such a neat restaurant concept paired with a furniture showroom. The furniture is made in Roanoke, VA and is well priced! The food was EXCELLENT. Unlike anything else I've seen in Richmond. We'll be back.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday and, in addition to the delicious appetizers, entrees, wine and desserts (which were enjoyed by all), the lovely card signed by the staff and gift of a clutch bag made from fabric remnants from the store were exceptionally thoughtful!
