In Richmond for a weekend getaway. Stopped into Strangeways and had great beers. By far, best part of the experience was Brian on the taps. Friendly, helpful and extremely nice guy. Would definitely recommend!
I'm new to Richmond and stopped by while walking my dogs. Plenty of shaded seating on the side outdoors and the friendliest of people...I had someone offer to carry out a bowl of water for my dogs while I had 2 leashes and a beer in tow. Inside was cool and caters to military, teachers, locals--you name it. If the light beer I got (I'm on Keto for 60 days so a light beer already blows half my daily carbs) is any indication, I'm excited to return Memorial Day off...
