I ordered a turkey sandwich that was made wrong my bread was not toasted, no cheese and barely no mayo. They don’t accommodate you at all. The only thing say is oh you come back we remake it. Nobody has time for that especially if you taking a break. If you order online you expect your order to be right. This is another reason I stop going to Subway poor quality service.
They no longer serve iced tea! For decades, they made great iced tea. Both sweet and unsweet teas. This is a deal breaker for me.

The “shoebox Subway” is easily the best Subway in Richmond. I live walking distance from the downtown Subways but I am much happier driving to Broad & Boulevard. Never had a bad experience. Great parking and access from both streets. Don’t be fooled by the tiny size - this is an excellent Subway.
