I have been a frequent visitor to this establishment for many years and have had both positive and negative experiences. There was a period when I stopped coming here due to the extremely rude behavior of a particular male staff member. However, I have recently resumed my visits because he is no longer employed here. I am basing this review solely on my most recent experience.
Upon entering the store, I noticed two unattended children sitting at a table. The cashier, who I believe was their mother, was conversing with them in their native language. The employee who prepared my sandwiches seemed preoccupied with observing whether her, I'm assuming boyfriend, had left the premises, frequently glancing out the window looking for him. In the midst of making someone's sandwich, she stopped to check her cell phone for a text message. Furthermore, she engaged in conversation with her boyfriend, disregarding the presence of customers.

The server I dealt with didn't speak very good English, and made me dictate every detail even when I ordered from the menu with no alterations. On my one custom sandwich, he added ingredients that I didn't ask for the moment I turned away to check the sauce options. On top of all of that, I got mild food poisoning from their grilled chicken. Subway may be a nice chain, but I won't be returning to this location.
This place is a waste of time. Waited 20 minutes before going to pick up my 2 subs and and 2 cookies. They still weren't ready even though the app said otherwise. Employee was extremely rude when I asked about my order. Waited 15 more minutes and ended up leaving empty-handed.

WARNING INFESTATION:Me and my husband wanted some Subway, so we went to the one down the street. When we got there, one worker was on a smoke break, which is fine, but when she came back in, she didn't even wash her hands! The other worker seemed highly annoyed that we were even there and that we interrupted her conversation. The food looked like it had been sitting out forever, and there was a dead cockroach on the floor! If you see roaches during the day, you know there's an infestation. I would never recommend this Subway to anyone!
