Our experience with getting our wedding cake from Sugar Magnolia was the best! After submitting an inquiry, we worked with the owner, Ella, to confirm flavor, design, and all logistics. On the day, the wedding cake looked exactly like the inspirational photos we had sent over and it tasted even better than it looked. The price was great and we got lots of compliments. If you’re looking for anything custom made in the Richmond area we would highly recommend!

Visited Sugar Magnolia at the new farmers market in Scott’s Addition by Workshop T&D and it was PHENOMENAL!My fiancé and I got the focaccia, bread knot rolls and vegan banana bread. The breads were fresh and it was perfect for our dinner later that night. Considering bread at the grocery store costs $3-6 on average, getting fresh bread that tastes better at relatively the same price from Sugar Magnolia is a no brainer!Ella (the owner and baker) even gave us recommendations on how to pair the focaccia with dinner entrees… impeccable customer service!We’ll definitely be back and would highly encourage others to check them out!
Dietary restrictions: The vegan banana bread was some of the best we’ve had. We prefer this over regular banana bread.They also offer GF options!
