This location has closed down for a while due to them having roaches crawling in the treats not sure why it is is even back open….

Unfriendly, half the machines out of order, the froyo had a bad icy texture

Pulled up, seen the dirty windows, and left. If you can’t clean the windows, I don’t trust you to keep the inside of the store sanitary.

Good selections of Froyo. Fruits and other toppings look good. Unfortunately they were out of whipped cream when we last visited. Ask for family or senior discount.

As a frequent customer of this establishment, I would like to provide some constructive feedback. While I appreciate the convenience of its location, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement.

Firstly, the selection of products seems limited compared to other locations. Additionally, the overall appearance of the store could be enhanced through a renovation or refurbishment. It appears that the franchise owner may not be investing sufficient effort in maintaining the store's aesthetics and cleanliness.

Furthermore, there have been inconsistencies in the availability of sugar-free options, which can be frustrating for customers who rely on those options. Additionally, the practice of offering double "marks" on Tuesdays seems to be inconsistently applied by different staff members, leading to confusion and disappointment among customers.

Lastly, I would like to suggest that the store consider reinstating the weekly promotions that used to be offered. This could potentially attract more customers and boost business.

I hope that the necessary improvements will be implemented to enhance the overall customer experience.

Slipped up right in front of these people and no one cared!(by not caring I mean they continued a conversation until I threw something on the floor) I Ended up having injuries that showed up on xray! These people are terrible and care more about a plate that landed on the floor with no injuries then if a customer is ok! Never once apologized or asked if I was ok and there was no wet floor sign or rug to absorb the water!

This location doesn't have the selection that some might be used to at other locations. There are roughly eight unique flavors with four twists(I didn't count them so I might be wrong, but it is a low count). That said the cleanliness wasn't that great, the floor was dirty along with the seats and tables. On to the good, the frozen yogurt was on par, excellent! I love the cake batter flavor! Plus there were two TV's inside showing a kids movie my kids loved so we sat and watched while we ate. That was cool. However if I can avoid going back I will, great in a pinch though (if kids are screaming for fro yo and you can't make it to another location) . Hope this is helpful!

A variety of toppings! The most of all Sweet Frog locations in the Richmond area.

You can never go wrong with sweet frog, but however this place can be a little crowded but overall they have nice toppings and frozen yogurt what I recommend vanilla frozen yogurt and peanut butter frozen yogurt with, brownies and m&ms,pound cake and oreos

The frozen yogurt was fine, and there were plenty of toppings… but 2 decent cups cost $26. And you don’t know it’s gonna be that much until you check out. That’s $13 an ice cream. I’ll just take my wife to a restaurant for dessert next time.
