One of the best sweetgreen experiences we’ve had in a while. The portions were perfect and the food as always was just so fresh and delicious!! Open one in Norfolk!! (But we are thankful to at least have one within driving distance) 🙏
The food quality, portions, and price were all good. The atmosphere was disappointing. The noise from the prep area was so loud it was difficult to hold a conversation. Multiple times what appeared to be a timer went off and was so loud it was more like a fire alarm. Staff didnt hurry to shut it off, so everyone winced until they did. Additionally one staff member used an over-sized immersion blender to mix something in a very large container. That occurred on the front counter,...
Andrew and team were exceptional. My 86 year old mother fell out of her wheel chair, and the entire team were compassionate, professional and calm. The food when we had a chance to eat was excellent. Thank you.
