Handed the wrong order TWICE and when I called the RGM would not let me get a word i , accused me of ordering the food wrong until he finally let me say the order number. Once the order number was given he would not let me explain to him that this was our SECOND time being handed a wrong order. He had me screaming on the phone to try to be heard because for the love of god he would not let me speak without talking over me. Incredibly rude and immature. I had to contact Taco Bell corporate. I’m never one to encourage that someone doesn’t deserve the job their in but I would highly suggest Taco Bell find a more professional person to be the face of one of their store.

Costumer service: The young people at this location made me so proud! Respectful to each other and to customers. Employees were professional and efficient. Order went on food came right up shortly after and looked like the food on the commercial.
