“My fridge was empty, today is friday, what to do for lunch? CHIMBO...I had saved this place in my Google maps after hearing how good it was. So I headed over there, ordered my sandwich...and waited. I was told it would take about 10 minutes for my sandwich to be ready and I did not mind one bit. The staff was super nice and I enjoyed sitting at a stool, staring out the window eating my chips and sipping on my sprite, anticipating my sandwich. I took my sandwich and drove over to Libby Hill Park to have my sandwich experience. Did not disappoint. My Tuscan sandwich was flavorful from the bread to the juicy chicken inside. Not one crumb left over.“
