The wait was fine and the food was actually great, but the service ruined the whole experience. Jamal was very rude and dismissive, barely acknowledged us, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He looked at us crazy for asking for some lemons. We were polite the entire time, so the attitude was unnecessary. It’s disappointing because the food was good, but the service alone would make me think twice about coming back. He's lucky we tipped AT LEAST 15%.
To be as busy as it was, the food did not match. Mid is the best way to describe it. Chicken was smothered in gravy, ended up scraping majority off. Friends steak was a tad undercooked. The service might've been the only saving grace
Our service was great. The food was delicious and served promptly. The bartender was very attentive and seemed to love working there. Overall the staff was super friendly and seemed to care about the service to other.
