Food was okay up until we went to leave and saw lipstick stains on my 6 year olds cup. Like it was never cleaned at all. Noone was wearing lipstick either with us. Absolutely ruined my dinner and made my wife sick to her stomach as she had tried his drink.

After listening to the hostess and server go back and forth about where to seat my family as we requested a booth, the aforementioned server was unwilling to service us. Notably, the restaurant was almost empty as it was a rainy Friday afternoon. We sat for about 20 minutes waiting for a greeting from literally ANYONE. Multiple severs looked in our direction and decided “that’s not my problem”. Once a manger took notice, she stated she would check whose section we were seated in. To avoid a disgruntled employee jeopardizing the quality of our children’s food, we decide to leave before the employees drew straws to decide who would take the table.

The guy Elenis was very rude we ask if we could have drinks while he clean the tables because we set there 15 to 20 minutes, we explained we had been waitjng. He then said it’s our fault for coming here. Obviously he was ready to go and didn’t want the table. I thought for a second he was going to fight us for simply asking for drinks. We were explaining to him he could have greet us with drinks then clean the tables his reason is because hd want us to have our order ready when hr get here. When we told him we was ready he left then a nice lady service us. Around 10:15 on Monday evening he do not have patience at all he want the order ready so it’s more convenient for him not the customer.

Service wasn't the greatest. The table was not the cleanest. Very slow to take our orders. We did not receive our drinks until after our meal was almost over. We were not served water in the meantime either. The only plus was they offer a military discount.

Ordered curbside. Checked in online they never came out called and they told me to pull up to the door and I proceeded to wait there too for a total of 45 minutes. Ridiculous

I placed an outline order for pick up since my job is in the area for Spinach dip and Cajun pasta. I sent someone to pick up my order for me only to be told “they forgot”. The food that was to made was ICE cold. You guys literally placed Alfredo sauce is a cup. Pasta was OLD and rancy looking. I called 3 times and NO one answered the phone. I will be disputing this bag of mess. I’m not eating or paying for this
