I’m sitting here at TGI Fridays, wondering why I chose to eat here. I’m regretting my decision—the service was nearly nonexistent, and the food was disappointing. Looking at the burger I ordered, you’d think I was at a fast food joint rather than a sit-down restaurant. A $15 burger is justifiable when it’s visually appealing and well-prepared, but this one fell short. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to Cracker Barrel instead.

We walked in and was ignored by the hostess. My husband asked about seating her response.....it will probably be about 30 minutes and she preceeded to continue ignoring guest. We walked out only to hear that this is common. Ridiculous! Send your people out for customer service training.

Literally feel like we got discriminated against in here because we're a gay couple.
Me and my wife sat in here for over an HOUR before someone came to take our orders. Will not be returning to this location.
Hostess had us seat ourselves, which is fine I guess. One person came over to us to get our drinks, and we waited after that.
Really disappointed since I was excited to try their new Steakhouse menu too.

Service from the kitchen was horrible. Understaffed, slow on a Saturday night. Start over. Close it, restart, grand reopening and bring in staff that want to work. We will.not return unless that happens. Terrible experience.

Avoid if possible. Well, if it wasn’t for our female server , who was very nice, I’d give this location -1 ⭐️’s . They didn’t have at least half the drinks on the menu and most of the food was like warm and poorly cooked.

Where do I begin, we were seated at a table that was being cleaned as we approached. There were plenty of other tables available. Table was wiped with wet type wipes, still soaking wet as we were seated. Were given menus, we Placed drink order, water with lemon and did not receive lemons for the water. We placed our order for appetizer to share and it came in minutes, so it was clearly already made, was dry and not good food had to set on our table for several minutes unable to be eaten since there were with no plates or silverware until I flagged a different waitress down for them and our lemons. We were given a handful of to go silverware packets and no additional napkins. When every other table was set with both. Was checked on once by the waitress standing at the workstation and hollering to see if we were ok. Not a good experience at all. Felt as if they didn’t want us there.
