My first visit to The Boathouse in Richmond was nothing short of exceptional. We were seated outside on the patio, which provided a perfect view and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was incredible every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, and the drinks were just as impressive.
Our waitress, Veronica, truly made the experience unforgettable. She was absolutely amazing – patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She checked on us regularly and had spot-on recommendations...
We were traveling from Dallas and had the pleasure of having Veronica for our waitress! Ask for her EVERYTIME if she is available. She was very attentive, very courteous and knowledge of the menu! The food was also top tier, flavor was top tier! Will definitely be returning when visiting again.
It was my birthday and had family and friends present. The evening was going great until time to close out the checks: the waitress confused the charges and the Manager intervened and that's were the craziness started. It took him 20 minutes to figure it out and ruined my special evening in the process. No apologies but smart comments as we stated our disappointment over it taking him so long to figure it out.
