This place has a lot of potential but it was entirely too much going on in the restaurant last night. The servers seemed a bit overwhelmed, but they were pleasant. They had kids running all over the restaurant which was a bit much in my opinion. Then, they had the game going on with karaoke happening at the same time. I understand the vision, but sometimes you have to decide what you are going to do based on your audience. I understand that this may be a family friendly environment but that should not take away from other people’s experience. The food was okay, but my friends did not really enjoy it. The wings were not flavorful and the burgers were dry. The drinks were decent. Unfortunately, this is definitely not one of the better Tap houses in town.

The service was really bad. They were extremely shortstaffed with only one person working the entire restaurant. As a result, it took well over an hour to receive our food. We sat 15 minutes until we got our menus, 10 minutes later we received our waters but he didn’t take our order, so it took another 15 minutes for the waiter to come back and take our order, and another 20 minutes to receive half the food, and another 10 minutes to receive the rest of our food. Being shortstaffed is on management, it wasn’t that employee‘s fault. That being said, it would’ve made a tremendous difference if the employee had acknowledged that they are shortstaffed, and that he was doing his best to serve all customers. There was no acknowledgment about the delay, no apologies, no heads up when he dropped two lunch orders off that the other two would be coming (which took 10 minutes). We had four people in our party, only two people received their food. So by time the rest of the food showed up, the other food was cold.

Jessica was the best part of this experience. Attentive, mindful, and just the right amount of personable. The perfect waitress, everyone needs one of her. Never felt left out to dry. The food was good but if you get the chicken sandwich be sure to get it with one of the sauces, not a ton of seasoning.

They didn’t season my food, the food took OVER an hour to be served and they didn’t add the Brussels that were ordered did not get included in my to go bag! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! SERVERS WERE NICE AND RESPECTFUL BUT DID NOT HELP!

After reading others comments, it seems others have shared in the same experience, and it truly disappoints me that they are using AI to respond to these complaints instead of taking them seriously. You are too lazy to remove the [insert contact info here] so no one can actually ever contact you.
We walked in with no sign or attention from anyone on where to sit. Our server was in a constant state of having a breakdown, he kept claiming he was new on his 4th day, but anything we said to him was too hard to comprehend. I felt bad for him, we asked him if they took the time to train him, he replied that he was in 1 day. No way. We might have had a decent experience if it wasn't for him breaking down at simple requests like asking for silverware. But the food was SO lack luster and not fresh in the slightest. What's also odd, is there is a place called Crafted not one building away that does the same thing as them but better.
Its a great place if you just want to grab a pitcher and watch a game, but don't expect anything else.

Our server was on his 4th day of working at the restaurant and had no supervision. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. He was confused on nearly every item we ordered and at one point, took half our order, went to go ask someone about and item and started running food items to other tables in between.

Overall, the restaurant feels dirty and food is pretty mediocre, even for the low prices. Would never return.

We used to love it but very slow bar service and recently came and lots of tables with dirty dishes and it wasn’t busy so no excuse for the mess

Sadly we came to watch NFL Sunday football but it took a good 10-15 mins into the games before the tvs were even set up for football. We waited 40 mins to get a beer after sitting down. The staff were very friendly but just not enough of them to cover all the customers. Could be a great sports bar, and needed in this area.
