We had a fantastic experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Short Pump while celebrating my mom’s birthday! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly. The ambiance was welcoming, and everything just felt perfect for a special occasion. We started with the egg rolls and calamari appetizers and both were absolutely delicious! The egg rolls were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, while the calamari was tender and cooked to perfection...
Beautiful place , cute scenery, however the food is very bland our waitress JORDAN (I think) very friendly positive and looks like he’s holding it together but yeah food needs salt or something, I just threw the food out.
Overall a good experience. The server was a bit flustered and for some reason kept forgetting I was there in our group of 10 and my flatware was dirty with food on it as well as my table area...no one else had similar complaints. It was probably a long day, she was otherwise nice and polite. I enjoyed my food, it was well prepared and served in good time.
