I was not planning to eat a hot dog, but was at Class&Trash and was hungry and there was a food truck in the parking lot. I did not expect to enjoy the Asian dog as much as I did, but it was a great dog!
This sandwich shop, part of a national chain, is located across the parking lot from Clash and Trash, the antique shop in Richmond off Arthur Ashe Blvd. There is plenty of parking. Potbelly operates like many sandwich shops - you tell the person behind the counter what kind of sandwich you want and how you want it made. Toasted? No problem. Provolone instead of cheddar? I got two Coney's with mustard, onion and chili. Good dogs, excellent service. It is completely take out, but there is plenty of parking and you could sit in your car to eat. There are no bathrooms.
