We love eating at Savory Grain. The food is sooooo good. Charming, small, and intimate place to go with loved ones or friends. Bonus, they have Jazz music on Sundays. Plus, it supports a local small business.
Great service and food. Loved the holiday decorations which I'm sure are even better at night. The shrimp and grits were probably the best I've ever had. The jazz brunch felt extra grown up.
Went to Savory Grain last Sunday for brunch with friends and had the best meal! I had the breakfast burger with home fries and shared two soups. The She Crab soup and the Creamy Chicken and Dumplin soup absolutely knocked my socks off! The 8 ounce burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Tony was our server and did an outstanding job. Leaving the restaurant after the meal, I tried to remember a time where I was this satisfied with every aspect of a restaurant meal and could not think of another restaurant experience where I left this satisfied. Sorry, no pictures, we devoured everything. Would highly recommend!

We always enjoy our dining at The Savory Grain -- we enjoy the ambience of the building and the food and service is always excellent. We enjoy the Sunday Brunch with wonderful music -- in particular the fabulous music of Roger Carroll & his saxophone!
We hosted our 40th wedding anniversary there on Nov 5th. The side room was perfect for 29 people. The apps of pimento cheese, bruschetta, crab & artichoke dip and Brussels sprouts were great. The beet & apple salad and the spaghetti squash we had as salads were phenomenal. We all want the squash recipe! Entrees of pork chop, meatloaf and salmon were enjoyed by our guests as were the key lime, pecan and chocolate peanut butter pies.
The let me bring some fall decorations for the tables and it was lovely.

We were seated outside and completely forgotten—no greeting, no water, nothing for 10 minutes—while others inside were promptly served. If guests on the patio aren’t going to be acknowledged, it’s better not to offer the seating at all.

I have been here for both Saturday brunch and Thursday dinner. The vibes were immaculate, the food was sensational, and it was a 10/10 experience. Shout out to Zion and Reagan, who were both excellent in their craft.

Delicious food and specialty cocktails. If you like/love whiskey then this is the place with over 47 pages of selections! Great energy and atmosphere.
This was our first time eating brunch. It was really good. The steak and hash browns were exceptional. The jazz was great but just a bit too loud. It made it difficult to have a conversation. We will definitely be back!
Stopped in for lunch with my daughter. The shrimp and grits was fantastic. She had the fried green tomato bacon and lettuce sandwich and loved it. Meals are served with the best cornbread I ever had.
