The staff is amazing. Blake and John take really good care of me at the bar. The food is great and the company in the restaurant is always lovely. Amber greats you with a smile. The new director Sheila has been really nice to me and made me feel like I’m at home. There is a reason, that this is the place I stay when I’m in Richmond. And that reason is the people here.
First time at this Hilton and sat at the bar with my lady and her friend. We had Tyler as our bartender and his recommendations and work ethic made our time here so enjoyable. Great bartender’s like Tyler really make a hotel memorable.
