We had 4 pizzas (1 grandma, 1 italian, 2 peppersoni) and they were delicious! A bit small and the grandma and italian could use more basil, but they were still really really good. We ordered 2 flights of beer. They were also really good. Got some to go. And the service was really good. I didnt catch our bartenders name but the receipt says Tyson so well go with that... he was really good. He was nice, checked on us often but wasnt on top of us. Next time we come back to Richmond we might come here again (assuming we dont try somewhere new).Parking: There is a relatively small lot but there is a lot nonetheless. It holds about 14-16 cars. We came around 230 on a Wednesday and had no issue getting a spotKid-friendliness: I think theres a kids menu but i didnt see/notice it... but the menu still had plenty of kid friendly options. They had water and soda to drink. The girls could've watched tv but instead chose to play on their tablets using their free wifi.Wheelchair accessibility: There are lower tables instead where a hanicap person can role up to it. Its also an easily accessible restaurant for someone in a wheel chair.

We’re used to Three Knotch in other areas. This location gave the impression of simply being present for work, no welcoming atmosphere. Had a few drinks and left.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful! Thank you to all the staff for creating a comfortable atmosphere and making sure we had everything. It was our first time coming there, and it was so worth every dollar.

Food was fine but they burnt my pizza the first time cooking it… someone came out and said explained why it would be a few more minutes as they were recooking it. I did appreciate that… mistakes happen, they owned it, explained it and apologized. Beer was good. Biggest complaint is when I’ve went to close my tab and the option for tip was preselected for 25%. My default is 20%… 25% is insane unless they went above and beyond. Which was not the case.

This winter on Fridays they have drink specials for Richmond ultimate which is great & the only reason I come here because I'm not a beer drinker. But last night I got the mango wheat & as far as beers go it was refreshing! You definitely get that mango taste, & I'd get it again for the $5 special price. Overall, it's a casual place to hangout, but they would really benefit from some bar games to entice people to stay longer!

Wow! We found this gem this weekend and will definitely be back. We had the Best Waitress named Ellie. She was phenomenal with our large party of 13. The service was unbelievably fast for food and drink. The atmosphere was great for both adults and kids. We can't wait to go back!

Overall this establishment provides a nice experience. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. I'd recommend this place for a get together with friends.

I am a devout supporter of 3NB, both in Richmond and beyond. The beer is always excellent, no matter your taste, and they've got a solid variety of non-alcholic options to boot. The beer club is 110, and they undoubtedly have the best staff slinging drinks and food alike. I always feel welcome whether I come with friends or solo. BUT, they've recently pivoted to a full-service platform, so no more grabbing a beer at the bar and sitting at a table to enjoy it. If you want to sip a beer from the bar, you'll have to sit at the bar. A good way to overwhelm the lovely bar-backs. This change makes my drop-ins a little less likely, and I can honestly say it's ALMOST as unfortunate as going to a "no-dogs-indoors" facility (though this one, I understand is regulatory).

We've driven by this place a lot and finally decided to try it out due to them having a full menu. First off the staff is super nice and friendly. I love that they have non-alcoholic options since I'm currently 9 months pregnant. We started off with the pretzel bites and they were amazing. I also had their meaty pizza and it's was pretty good as well. There was also plenty of space and had your traditional brewery feels. Will be coming again!

Terrific staff and beer as always. New set up is terrible. Nobody wants to have a full service brewery. Nobody wants to have to reserve a table. Please go back to original set up. let us sit where we want. order a beer when we want. If we want full service we will go to the restaurant side. This may work at the other locations, but Richmond isn't Charlottesville. This was our goto brewery, today's has us thinking differently now
