Drove to Trios from Culpeper Va, about an hour 40 mins. Was a little taken aback by the armed security at the door, at noon, but I get it. The food was delicious! Everything seasoned just right. I had the whiting and collars and Mac and cheese. Did think it was over priced for the portion size. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming.
The food is amazing! Nice little tuck away restaurant and cigar lounge. Awesome hookah flavors, delicious drinks, courteous staff. Dj music, different activities on certain nights.

First time coming here. The waitress was amazing. The Cook was definitely doing his thing in the kitchen. My pork chops came out so juicy and tender to when I just pulled on the bone and it came out so easily. I will definitely definitely be back.
