I like Tropical Smoothie, but this experience today was the worst. I pre-ordered and still had to wait for my order. I watched people order after I came in to pick my order up at the time shared and they got their orders before me. I got home, my child's cheese quesadilla had chicken on it. Listen, I get being short staffed and it can get overwhelming, especially in any food related job, however its crazy that I spent about 15 minutes waiting for a smoothie i placed ahead of time. Plus, the other guests waiting with little acknowledgement to satiate the customers was underwhelming. I placed a catering order through Tropical Smoothie's 3rd party service- EZ Cater for a work event. When the EZ Cater delivery driver cancelled, Cory from the store hand delivered all 65 smoothies. Although the order was late because of EZ Cater's driver cancellation, Cory saved the day and arrived just in time to serve the smoothies to our students. Hugh shout out to Cory!!
