I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now and generally have had a positive experience, but recently I had a terrible order that has made me unfortunately not eager to come back. The employees I regularly interact with are teenage/college aged boys who are polite and seem to care about doing things correctly. It’s always clean too, so I was really surprised by the extremely ripe, nearly rotten bananas in my smoothie AND breakfast.

I like Tropical Smoothie, but this experience today was the worst. I pre-ordered and still had to wait for my order. I watched people order after I came in to pick my order up at the time shared and they got their orders before me. I got home, my child's cheese quesadilla had chicken on it.
