I wanted Tropical Smoothie and saw this location opened at 0800. I placed an online curbside order and it stated it would be ready at 0823. I arrived at 0823 and called the business twice with no answer. The lights were off and the open sign was not on. My husband attempted to go in and the doors were locked. I placed an order at this location and it was the wrong location I have been calling them for 3 days to get them to cancel the order, and refund the money. No one is answering the phone. They send the call straight to voice mail. I never got my order but y’all still charged me. They told my bank someone picked up the order but couldn’t verify if it was me or not.This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Disorganized mess. Waited 10 mins to order and watched as orders were thrown up on the counter as they were made with no reference to whose it was.
