Lake Side Barbeque is a hidden gem in Richmond. The food’s always on point, perfectly smoked meats, tender and full of flavor. The sides like the beans and fries hit just right too. It’s got that laid-back vibe that makes you feel at home. Great spot if you’re craving real BBQ done right.
I can smell the food from outside the restaurant and before coming in you can smell what you are about to eat I ordered shawarma combo and even ordering the food the workers were very respectful and made it easy for me to order I got the food and the food was amazing the texture and seasoning were amazing I’d come back again and bring my family next time and there’s also a lot to choose from the menu so you can always get new things every time you come back .
sooo, getting better after changing hands, but still not as good as with the old owners.... 2 things...prices could still come down. $20 for a takeout platter is a bit steep. Only other neg is one of my cornbread muffins was super old..hard as a brick.
