Waffle House in Richmond

“The food is awesome. I love that they added chicken sausage to menu because it allows people who allergic to pork the opportunity to have sausage. My waiter was very pleasant and check on me constantly. The food was seasoned and cooked well. This location on Willis Road is the best Waffle House in Chesterfield. Hands down. Thanks for the great service“

“Food was great , the service was great! but I believe that manager has anger issues. No one should be throwing grits across the kitchen, break dishes on the stove and then yelling at their employees telling them to clean up HIS MESS ! from where i was watching, the cooks and waitresses were doing what they were clocked in to do ! the manager came in and messed up everything they had going. which is why my food was late being done. I will be returning because it’s the only waffle house near my job but i’m hoping the manager isn’t there when I do because that was just really disrespectful to the employees and the customers that were there trying to enjoy their food. i feel bad for the employees there and I hope no one got grits splashed on them.“

“First time here wasn't sure what to expect. First off the waffles were unbelievably good. Not as crispy as expected but thr flavor was so good. Grits were seasoned and buttered well and were also delicious. Server Mathew was very helpful and friendly. Will return next time I'm in the area“
