Most ghetto wawa in Virginia. Workers are rude and impatient. Disgusting bathroom. My food is never made right and when I order hot things they always warm or somewhat cold in the middle. Coffee machine is always broken and place is overall dirty.

This is probably the worst Wawa in Richmond. The staff is rude, the manager is rude, the food almost seems like it's poisonous, and they literally let homeless people stand at the front door and beg. The security officer at night just sits by the cooler scrolling on his cell phone. I don't understand how this place functions let alone stays open.

Not sure why reviewers would give this location a low score for customer service - look at what these young people have to deal with every day at this spot! They keep it as clean as humanly possible and 2 minutes later it will be trashed again by street people doing their thing. I can't imagine what the employees have to deal with on a day-to-day basis here. Cut them some slack. They're doing the best they can with what they have to work with and don't get paid much to deal with your grief and/or impatience. I've always had great service here and the lady at the register today was singing in the rain on an early Sunday morning while ringing up my coffee. Thank you, Sister.

The food is good. Service is slow. I asked about my sandwich, and the lady making the sandwich didn't look happy that I asked. Place the sandwich in a manner I had to reach far back to get it.

I wrote this review a couple months late but there’s a white guy that works there during the night time and he’s extremely rude. I ordered a sandwich and thought I paid for it but I, half asleep, mistakenly didn’t scan it. I have no interest in stealing food! He was being so rude and disrespectful when I told him I thought I scanned it and instead of nicely asking me to double check he completely assumed I was trying to steal and was doing entirely too much. Being loud, announcing it to the store by yelling instead of talking to me about it at a normal volume, getting very smart with me every time I said something to him, I even offered to show the receipt and it coming out of my bank account. He needs to work on his customer service!!

My issue with this store is that they treat doordash orders like it's not a priority just like evey other paying customer that comes inside including when doordash orders are paying more than the walk-in customers(I also heard the manager make this statement while I was walking up to check on the order that they forgot to make) . There is no reason that I should be waiting an 1 and 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and mac and cheese. Then on top of that the manager lied and stated that I stole the customer food when he called to check on his order. They had bumped his order and then proceeded to forget about it until it was brought up again mind you I was still in the front of the store waiting for the order.I understand that they're understaffed but that's not an excuse for the nasty behavior and lied about it. These excessively long waits are slowing down the amount of money I could've made. I could've made another $50-$60 waiting a whole hour and 30 mins for food which is insane.

Wawa I am perfectly capable of picking and donating to a charity I want to give money to, please stop asking me to every time I buy a soda. It is giving me charity fatigue along with almost every other big corporation doing the same tactic. I might just stop giving to any charity at all if it stays like this. I get hit up twice in the parking lot on the way in by panhandlers going from gas pump to gas pump and once again when i checkout and finally again when leaving the store. I really am getting tired of having to answer the pleads for charity

Not the best but not the worst either. For sandwich options you get tomato, lettuce or cucumber and that’s it. I will be avoiding this location in the

Very Busy, but not hard to get around a small lot! Could use a good power washing or parking lot sweeper. Clean inside order a panini ( Steak and Cheese) need a few more options like toasted easy, well done, etc. Could have used a brushing of Pesto. But man was it good. When I get back that way I'll order another!
