Not sure why reviewers would give this location a low score for customer service - look at what these young people have to deal with every day at this spot! They keep it as clean as humanly possible and 2 minutes later it will be trashed again by street people doing their thing. I can't imagine what the employees have to deal with on a day-to-day basis here. Cut them some slack. The food is good. Service is slow. I asked about my sandwich, and the lady making the sandwich didn't look happy that I asked. Place the sandwich in a manner I had to reach far back to get it.

This is probably the worst Wawa in Richmond. The staff is rude, the manager is rude, the food almost seems like it's poisonous, and they literally let homeless people stand at the front door and beg. The security officer at night just sits by the cooler scrolling on his cell phone. I don't understand how this place functions let alone stays open.
