Great food, OUr grandson loves it!!!!
Had an issue with a mobile order - a disconnect between the app and the in store processing. Manager on duty morning of 5/12 handled it beautifully. I was on the phone with the app customer service and before I could get it figured out on my end she had it resolved on their end. I thanked her tremendously. I know brick and mortar locations of ANY fast food with an app have no control over what happens with the app itself so she went above and beyond to get it handled for me. Appreciate that very much. Food was hot and good too!

Egg shells in my breakfast sandwich. Cashier was polite but otherwise staff including manager unfriendly. Not a very inviting atmosphere
Worker standing outside door smoking. Yells at us to go thru the drive through. Even tho the dining room is empty. Never coming here again.
Over $10 for a smallish hamburger and a soft drink. Was here at lunchtime on a Wednesday and the place was a ghost town. No wonder.

Staff were great. Food was fine it’s basic Wendy’s expectations. However, Wendy’s or the franchise owner need to renovate this place. It is like 1980s old and looks pretty bad especially for the area.
Just had a chicken wrap that was so dry I had to spit out every bite I tried to eat, couldn’t eat my dry nuggets because they forgot the sauce, they didn’t put lettuce on anything at all, my spicy chicken sandwich came with only pickles and no tomato, lettuce, etc..
I will say that the nuggets were still hot and the drink was cold.

Ordered from this Wendy's using grubhub last week. The junior bacon cheeseburgers all came as nothing but pattys with cheese on buns and no toppings. For some reason we decided to order from them again today but used DoorDash instead in case it was some issue with adding/removing toppings on grubhub. Cheeseburgers came today again with no toppings. I submitted the complaint to DoorDash who offered to have the food re-delivered. I chose that option and for the THIRD TIME they came with 0 toppings. If you are out of ingredients you better state it on the apps or contact the customer to see if they don't want it instead of repeatedly sending incomplete burgers that cost $4 a piece. I've also been to this location in person and the employees are awful, rude, and give nothing but attitude for no reason.
Apparently the store hours are just a suggestion at this location
Just went to the drive thru
This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever visited. On the average it takes 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles. Management needs to improve the service time. Very depressing.
I should of gave zero can you get some real professional educated workers they are worst ghetto it’s sad no decent people working Wendy’s
