The food was good. The place itself is a bit of a mess. The carpeting is filthy, the tile sticky, and the windows caked with grime. Would be nice if they'd clean it up.

Writing this as I sit in the drive thru driven by rage because I’ve been waiting for like 20 minutes just to order with a toddler yelling “cheeseburger” in my ear. This place is and has always been slow af but it’s the nearest Wendy’s for miles so here we are. Please improve!

Called many times trying to get a refund of my order I got and no one will answer the phone. I had uncooked food, and food was cold. Then young lady In the drive thru kept saying anything else anything else. Then went to the window and she then proceeded to slam the window in my face.

Tried to go there and get breakfast, walk inside, no one to be seen anywhere, we spoke up, still no one around, this was at like 9:30am ... we decided to leave after waiting for like 4mins .... as we left saw an employee walk out from under a tree in the upper parking lot that was smoking ... he said nothing to us as he slowly walked towards the restaurant doors , then as we were pulling out another employee was back by the dumpster , so guessing no one was inside ?????

Despite the fact that I didn't receive the sauce I asked for the chicken nuggets. Giving Five stars because this was the first time I've ordered food at this restaurant after 5pm and each item; fries, Dave's Burger and nuggets were hot and prepared well. Requested fries without salt, received as asked; piping hot!! Drive-thru associate was pleasant and I was met with a smile. Very pleased, hope this great service continues.

Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. This store's problems will not go away with a staff and management refresh. They are endemic at this point and have spread to other stores. To say the service was slow would be to praise them. All of the equipment is off, broken, or the like. Ended up leaving before I could order, and that was in the dining room.

The burger wasn't BAD, it wasn't out of this world either, but the reason I'm a bit unhappy overall is the grease. I didn't bother taking a picture of the burger as there wasn't visually anything wrong, but it almost slipped out of my hands when I went to pick it up. The wrapper itself was greasy too, but I've worked fast food and that's not too unusual. What is unusual is the amount of grease on the bun. After I almost dropped it, I took a napkin to blot it off. This is that napkin. I wouldn't have bothered eating it, but my brother felt bad and it was an apology sandwich, so here we are
