Well, the one positive I can say is that Wendy's has improved their nuggets. Back in the day they were trash but these new, Saucy nuggets are pretty decent. The Spicy BBQ was not as spicy as I had hoped but they were good. When I walked into the restaurant for pickup, it was completely empty, which answers why my fries were not even hot. They were probably leftover from hours ago. The drink machine had no ice which kinda sucks and most of the drink options were all out which...

It's a hit or miss with your food whether or not it will be hot or cold. NO ICE for how long like you can't keep serving hot drinks. This location has went downhill alot here recently. Management not friendly or understands good customer service.
