Wendy's are not consistent in their quality. You have to evaluate each one individually. If you find a Wendy's that serves you the type of food that you deserve and has the friendly staff that you expect I would continue to go to that Wendy's. Don't be discouraged if you accidentally pick a Wendy's where you do not receive the best. My favorite Wendy's is located off of Staples Mills Rd. It's in the same location as the Dollar Tree. I will update...

Food is most often fresh except in the late evening. I eat here regularly. I'd avoid the Cinnabon as it's not always fresh. Today, the fries were dry and hard. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, service friendly, and food as expected.
