Wingstop in Richmond

“Saturday, I went in the morning, and there was this lovely woman there welcomed me in and was extremely polite, also the environment is clean even the bathroom looks and is clean, very well put together. The food is made fresh and they have such a good environment definitely would recommend that Victoria Ellis gets a recognition for being a good worker!!“

I had previously given this restaurant one star because customer service means everything to me. Brian’s call completely changed my experience. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and provided truly exceptional customer service. Because of that, I’m upgrading my review to four stars. If you want great delivery do not use this place. The food was cold. I did get my drinks and the driver told me it didn’t come with my combo yet I paid for it. I called the restaurant and the manager didn’t have the The courtesy to even get on the phone with me. The worker came back to the phone and said we’ll give you credit for your sodas. The food did not taste good so I just wasted $50. Never again.“

“I drive 10 minutes out of my county past another wingstop for the cleanness and good customer service. I hope they can maintain this as it's still a newer location. Wingstop is never fast but the service a friendliness at this location make it's all better.“

“I found this to be a very decent wing alternative to BW3. Wings were up expected quality and order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Review from familia, has one question. Why were you in the back instead of in the front for health reasons. I would be concerned that some stranger is in the back while I'm preparing meals.“

“As a frequent customer, this review focuses solely on my most recent experience. I placed a phone order, and the cashier was very pleasant. She accepted my order, even though I'd previously been told phone orders weren't accepted due to customers not collecting their food. However, upon pickup, there was some confusion with my name; despite my repeated spelling, it was incorrectly recorded, causing a slight delay in locating my order.“

“Wingstop was great and the manager that helped me was great as well! As we sat waiting for our food she was very calm and patient with everyone that came in, especially the kids that were ordering. She took time and explained to everyone who asked about the free things and told them the steps to get it or to save it til next time. She never got frustrated or irritated never rolled her eyes she was just so helpful and calm and mild mannered. I’m going back just to see her cause she was cute too lol! Definitely made me want to come back and visit when I come into town!“
