7-15-25 has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order online at 5:45 for 40 lemon pepper wings through the app. It says my order will be ready between 6:07-6:21. I get there at 6:30, the place is full, no one acknowledged me. So I stand patiently waiting, for over 30 minutes. I get my order, get home only 20 wings in the bag not 40, I call to let them know, I was immediately placed on hold. On hold for 10 minutes then the phone hangs up. I call right back, ask for the manager, Gabriella states she is the manager. I explain the situation. She says come back and get the rest of my order, I said how will I be compensated, she said come get my order and I can get the same order tomorrow on the house. I said I’m on my way there be there in 8 minutes, will my chicken be ready she says yeah. I get there the place is still crowded, my chicken NOT ready. So finally, I say where is my chicken. She brings me 10 wings, I said it’s supposed to be 20. I get the other 20, and go back home to finally eat dinner at 8, when I ordered the food at 5:45. I bet you Gabriella won’t honor her word and provide my order tomorrow for free.

Ordered the boneless 20pc dinner and was supposed to get a 10px wings from here . Was supposed to be 10 mango habanero and 10 spicy Korean Q , fries With 10 bbq wings . I received a total of 8 boneless wings “ 4 of each flavor “ with sauce literally thrown on it not tossed at all , wings were so old you and dry , tasted like they’d been refried after sitting for who knows how long also with sauce just thrown on them . The fries looked one step away from being mashed potatoes which was just mashing them . They gave me the ranch cups I paid for though……. But not the food ……..

Put an order in on DoorDash and everything went through the driver went to pickup the food and they told them they didn’t have it mind you door dash left it go through so they were still obviously open! If I would have walked in @11:55 yall would have served me so let’s not be lazy and do our jobs!

I use to love Wingstop however they have raised the price for slower service and poor quality food. At least the restaurant is clean because you're going to be in there 30 min while waiting for your food.

The customer service is horrible, if you call to try and place your order over the phone they will put you on hold and never come back to the phone. The female cashier with the red hair attitude sucks and she is very very slow. They charge you for things in your order like cheese on your fries and you don’t get any and the food quality is horrible brunt fries and half done chicken. Not going back

She accepted my order, even though I'd previously been told phone orders weren't accepted due to customers not collecting their food. However, upon pickup, there was some confusion with my name; despite my repeated spelling, it was incorrectly recorded, causing a slight delay in locating my order.
