Yum Yum Good Chinese Restaurant

My parents were ordering from Yum Yum for us since they opened in the 90’s. For me personally this is the best Chinese food in town. They are family owned and really good people, their food is always fresh and they have the best fried noodle chips, fried rice, general tsos chicken and eggrolls. They also deliver which is really fast, I was pleasantly surprised they delivered out to my area so be sure to ask to see if you’re not sure.

This is the best Chinese food in the West End. I have not tried anything that is not excellent. The PU PU Platter Is a must have.

This restaurant is the best Chinese food I've had in virginia. Family owned and operated for 32 years and the food exemplifies that. Dumplings were a family recipe that tasted amazing and the food itself has its own unique personality and character because of its long standing history. I would come far to have this food again. The only negative was that they were so busy in the kitchen I felt ignored in the dining room at times. I strongly recommend this place because it's different than what you may have had before.

The egg drop soup was amazing. I did not like the general tsos shrimp. The crab rangoons were decent and I liked the sauce.

Pretty decent

Best tasting Chinese food in RVA. Period. Absolutely fabulous hosts make you feel like family. It is a small, cozy restaurant, not a lot of fancy decorations, but just right. Have lived in Richmond for 50+ years, this is the place to go. There are one or two others that are very good, but Yum Yum is great!

20251121 Update: Very happy to have to amend review, dining in service is back! New interior is warm and welcoming, beautiful ambiance.

The Food Was Amazing.the people who we’re working was super kind. My favorite food there was yum yum noodles it was so good.even if it’s a small business it can still be really good people should go there more often.anyone who is hungry and there near or not they should go there, I’m begging y’all it’s so good.

The food was good portion however it lacked flavor. Everything was so bland. The waitress was very polite and attentive-the restaurant was clean. I won’t go back as it was an expensive bland meal. I had the crab rangoons and chicken/shrimp fried rice-it’s hard to mess that up but they didn’t get it right. I ordered a Pepsi-gave me a can-over $2 for it
