It felt like everything was an annoyance to the employees. Ordering our food felt like we were interrupting something, especially when the young lady that took out order immediately turned around to play in her phone. My husband ordered the peach tea and was sighed at when he asked for it when he got our food. The chicken fingers were good, the fries were fries, the fried pickles were not great. We won't be coming back.

every time i order from this restaurant they always mess my order up. they always say sorry come back we will fix your order. zaxby peoples do have jobs and gas prices are up. i wont recommending no one to eat at zaxbys on south laburnum poor service nothing but a head ache and waste on money on food and the gas
The staff was fantastic! The lady working up front made me unsweetened tea as they were out, I am so thankful as I can't drink sweet tea.I love Zagbys chicken and fries!

If I could give minus stars, I would! Although the employee that took my order was wonderful, we even tipped her, she was so nice. The managers (one of them was Charity), of all ppl, were the employees that made negative stars a want! We placed an order came out $82 and change, which included a 20pc fingers. We got home, realizing they only gave 12 pcs. I called that night, hoping to leave a msg because I knew I would be busy the next day. I called today, spoke to Charity, she gave no aplolgy and didn't even want to give me the rest of my order! I had to continue giving her the reasons I didn't call yesterday, I had a receipt number, if necessary, time on receipt (9:51pm), I did call that night, I was busy yesterday with my daughter visiting and my son's birthday party etc... We live 45 minutes away, picked up my daughter from airport. This was the only restaurant still open and willing to take a huge order so this Zaxbys it was... Offering no apology for their incompetence, she said I could drive 45 minutes and pick 8 fingers. Nobody really expects compensation but no apology and rudeness to boot with imcomplete order, had me asking. Charity's sarcastic NO, no apology and maintaining rudeness throughout the call, put a very, very sour taste in my mouth. No customer service skills required for that job. Charity obviously does not care if customers are happy with her store...

Lady at the counter must have been having a bad day. Possibly due to the soda fountain not working. Was going to be charged the same for water . Chicken was chewy. Not what I have come to expect from this location.
