I never had Zaxby's until my fiance started working in Richmond.. he took pics of him on the his lunch break and brought me a drink back... SMH...I would make him ride down on the weekends (his day off) just to eat there after I finally tried it.. now we live in Richmond...I can't get enough!! Everything is so delicious! And if you haven't had it yet, you really are missing out 😉 my favorite is the wings and things.. sweet and spicy!!
Zaxbys on laburnum gave me raw chicken with bread harder than a rock and refused to refund my money talking about they can remake it ummm no thanks!! I refuse to eat there ever again!!! 🤮🤬

Based on the reviews, Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has some of the best chicken ever. The tenders are perfectly crispy on the outside and ridiculously juicy inside, and every bite is seasoned so well. The Zax Sauce is a highlight. The fries are hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. The food always comes out fresh, hot, and made right, and the service is quick even when it is busy. The staff is super nice, friendly, and keeps things moving. The restaurant stays clean and orders are always accurate. The BBQ wings and bacon ranch fries are also great. The drive thru can be a little slow and the setup is confusing and dangerous, but the food does not disappoint. The location on 80 Exchange Street in Richmond Hill is a definite go to for good chicken and fast service.
