Got burrito birria. Proportions are more than fair. Friendly service. Still hot enough to burn my mouth after a 30 minute drive home. 10/10
We saw this food truck when we made a fuel stop on our road trip and decided to try it out. Boy were we glad we did! We had the Birria street tacos, the Fuego street tacos and the Flan. Everything was super delicious! We were also impressed by their portion sizes and the customer service was really great. This is a small family owned business and you could tell that they make their food with pride! If you see this food truck around, be sure to check them out! You won't be dissapointed!
My first ever experience with an actual food truck. The owner is so personable and very helpful. I got the burrito Chipotle. It was absolutely delicious. I also got two tamales to bring home and my husband loved them. My son was with me and he got the Ridgeway plate. He loved it. Will be my go to for food when I travel from Penhook to Ridgeway to see my mom and my son. Just excellent all around.

El Campesino Food Truck is a small family owned business that takes pride in what they do. The food is always fresh and fixed with quality ingredients. Customers have enjoyed the Birria street tacos, the Fuego street tacos, the Flan, the burrito Chipotle, tamales, the Ridgeway plate, the giant carne asada tacos, and the steak fajita burrito. The pineapple and Guava waters, Tropical fresca, and agua frescas are delicious, fresh and REAL, not made from concentrate. The hot sauce, both red and green, were PERFECT. Portion sizes are impressive, and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is really great, with everyone very nice, polite, and always greeting you with a smile. The owner is personable and very helpful. It is also nice and clean. This food truck is a must try if you are in Ridgeway, and many say they will be back anytime they pass through.
