Another delightful lunch at The Pine Room. This establishment is a gem for lunch with friends catching up or with business colleagues figuring out. Service was exceptional. Food was delicious.
I had the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp was not grilled and not cooked properly, and now I am sick because of the undercooked shrimp. I have spoken with the Food and Beverage Manager, and he is going to take care of this situation. I am pleased with the outcome.
The burgers were undercooked and needed to be sent back. Forgot to hold the honey on the chicken sandwich. Listed the reservation as a birthday for my daughter. Could have offered her a free dessert but didn't .
