My husband's pizza crust was completely black on the bottom, kitchen should be ashamed that they served this, I know the waitress didnt see it at first but when we ate only the toppings and turned the crust over, she should have said something...we should have said something at the time but the restaurant was busy and we were with other people so we didnt have time to reorder.
Last night my family and I ate here. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered sweet corn and crab bisque. The soup was luke warm and salty. My husband had salmon with mash potatoes and zucchini. The mash potatoes and zucchini was cold when he received it. The service was exceptional.
Our dining experience was excellent. Our server, Trent, was one of the most professional I have encountered. The evening flowed smoothly. The drinks were very good and the meal was outstanding. I highly recommend 419 West.
