The Arby's was the cleanest I have ever seen it! The new manager is great! Food is good, served hot and fresh. Service was excellent

This place struggles a bit. The inside and outside sometimes isn't the most clean, sometimes the food is sloppy or doesn't taste too fresh, but where this place really struggles is the service. I'm at this Arby's maybe once a year, but every time the staff aren't very friendly and even sometimes rude. The most recent time I was in there I asked a question about where the pickup was because there was no designated sign or place, and the staff snapped at me saying they were busy and they will call it out when it's ready. Every other Arby's I've been to has a designated location with a very visible sign for pickup orders. If I'm in Roanoke, I try to make it a point to drive over to the Williamson Rd location even though it's 15 minutes away. That Arby's is much better all the way around.

In drive thruwaiting for my ham& cheese and peach shake $12....as I was waiting a girl was putting up a sign....2 ham & cheese for $7.00.... guy hands me my food and I ask him if I got the special and got two ham& cheese....he said..Oh yeah that just started about 4 minutes ago......oh well...sounds unfair...I was in line a long time. Never go back rhere...and I was going a few times a week...
.no more..just the principle...am I wrong?

Spent 28 bucks on food. The food preppers acted as though they were annoyed that they had to do their jobs. I ordered a big cheesy bacon burger, 6 piece moz and a 8 piece jalapeño bite. Was told to pull up because they were making everything fresh. 20 minutes later they approach with my food. Everything was ice cold. Later that week ordered the same thing w/o the moz and jalapeños. Same thing. Cold but this time it didn't take 20 minutes.

Slow service
The guys working the drive thru window was great. He was doing his best. There was 1 person who was sweeping the floor which was fine. But with it as busy as the drive thru was it just seemed odd

They wouldn't allow ordering inside so had to do drive through no response for a few minutes at speaker. Very slow service and employee wasn't knowledgeable about menu.

Almost 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru, just for them to get the order wrong. Well I appreciate that they gave me both sandwiches at no extra charge, I would have preferred that the order had been correctly prepared to begin with.
