Guy could not get order right when placing order. Received wrong sandwiches and drinks. Roast beef wasn't even warm. Threw it away and went elsewhere

I love the cheese sticks, curly fries, and the gyros are amazing. The staff is the reason i go back with a smile, though. They do a great job making you feel welcome!

It took so long to get the food then get it home and the wrong sandwiches are in the bag, so a long wait to be disappointed
Wouldnt ever honestly go there ever again. Had my food made 2 times and still it wasnt hot. I'd loved if someone cared at this store. I got the Steak Nugget bowl made twice because I felt as if they could maybe do it right on the second time around, and they still couldnt. Wouldnt recommend going back unless they hired someone with Speed, Accuracy, and Accountability. Good luck new generation of Arbys! God Bless!

For a quick bite to eat it is fine, however, location was understaffed at the time and the floor in the kitchen and the counters were not at a standard of cleanliness that I would like to see, even at a fastfood joint.

Don't bother coming here if you gotta use the restroom some policy that I have to buy something to use the restroom. Like its a EMERGENCY. THEY THINK IM HOMELESS. The tall guy with the black beard is very nice. But the lady's where very RUDE. LIKE JEEZ
What's the point of having a menu and taking your order if they just give you whatever is laying around anyway? I ordered a Beef and Chedder and got an old mini ham and cheese. I guess you think it's funny since it was drive thru.

The Arby's was the cleanest I have ever seen it! The new manager is great! Food is good, served hot and fresh. Service was excellent

This place struggles a bit. The inside and outside sometimes isn't the most clean, sometimes the food is sloppy or doesn't taste too fresh, but where this place really struggles is the service. I'm at this Arby's maybe once a year, but every time the staff aren't very friendly and even sometimes rude. The most recent time I was in there I asked a question about where the pickup was because there was no designated sign or place, and the staff snapped at me saying they were busy and they will call it out when it's ready. Every other Arby's I've been to has a designated location with a very visible sign for pickup orders. If I'm in Roanoke, I try to make it a point to drive over to the Williamson Rd location even though it's 15 minutes away. That Arby's is much better all the way around.

In drive thruwaiting for my ham& cheese and peach shake $12....as I was waiting a girl was putting up a sign....2 ham & cheese for $7.00.... guy hands me my food and I ask him if I got the special and got two ham& cheese....he said..Oh yeah that just started about 4 minutes ago......oh well...sounds unfair...I was in line a long time. Never go back rhere...and I was going a few times a week... .no more..just the principle...am I wrong?
