The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.
Did not go in to eat but window associate was great friendly and fast.

I just wanted to share that this evening we went through the drive thru it was kind of a slow time, had a lovely experience with each person we interacted with. Everyone said to have a good night and even asked us how our evening was going. I think that extra step really helps even in fast food. The food was delicious and it didn’t take long to get our food. Just overall pleasant experience I wanted to share
He hung up on me, but I was calling pretty late. He was very disrespectful and said I couldn’t order food. Very bad place to call and order would not recommend
I stopped at the Roanoke location on Jamison Ave at 12:24 pm. There was a sign in the dive through speaker , stating the restaurant would open at 12:30 pm. A employee announced on the speaker that the restaurant would open at 12:30 pm, if there were employees in the restaurant to announce the opening time and it was only about 5 minutes . Why didn’t they just go ahead and take my order and I would have waited at the window. But no, they just announced the opening time and that was it. There was no, please wait and we will be glad to serve you. Where is the customer service and wanting customers to use their restaurant. The web site advised the location was open.
